This Policy explains how personal data is processed across our network of local portals, including contact messages and problem reports.
1. Controller and contact

2. Data and sources
We process technical logs (including IP address, URL, time, browser and device data), contact-form details, problem-report details, and publicly available information about businesses, professionals and review authors. Sources include you, Google Maps, business websites, public registers, official websites, public profiles and publications, and data providers.
3. Purposes, legal bases, and retention
- Service delivery and technical operation: GDPR Article 6(1)(b); security: Article 6(1)(f). Technical logs are normally kept for no longer than 12 months unless required to investigate an incident.
- Handling correspondence and reports: Article 6(1)(b) where the message relates to a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f). Data is kept until the matter is closed and then for the applicable claims or legal retention period.
- Operating public directories, profiles and rankings: Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in providing local information and comparison tools. Data is kept while current and necessary, subject to valid objections, corrections and deletion requests.
- AI-assisted summaries and editorial content: Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in developing and editing the Service. Content is kept while published and necessary for that purpose.
- Legal obligations and claims: Article 6(1)(c) and (f), for the period required by law or the applicable limitation period.
4. Public-source data
Where data was not obtained directly from you, the categories, sources, purposes, bases, recipients and rights required by GDPR Article 14 are described in this Policy. You may request a correction, object, or request deletion using “Report a problem” or the controller’s email.
5. Rankings and AI
Rankings are calculated automatically under the methodology described in the Terms. LLMs may generate descriptions, FAQs, and Strengths/Weaknesses summaries from public Google Maps reviews. Such content may contain errors and is labeled in the Service. We do not make solely automated decisions about users that produce legal or similarly significant effects within GDPR Article 22.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared as necessary with hosting, database, email, backup, security, IT, cloud, CDN, maps, data and AI providers, professional advisers, and legally authorized bodies. Transfers outside the EEA use a GDPR-compliant safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with an appropriate transfer assessment.
7. Cookies and local storage
The Service may use storage strictly necessary for operation and security. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in browser local storage. As of this Policy’s effective date, the public Service does not install analytics or marketing cookies. If that changes, prior consent will be requested where required. Loading external resources, including Google-hosted images, may disclose your IP address and request data to that provider.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, a copy, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
9. Required data and security
Form submission is voluntary, but required fields are necessary to handle the request. We use proportionate measures including encrypted transmission, access controls, backups, and security monitoring.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy when the law, technology, or Service changes. A new version will be published with its effective date.
